Order Cancellation:

Refund/Exchange Policy:
Refunds/Exchanges: No exchanges or refunds are provided unless a defect in the product is identified. Cash refunds are not issued; however, a credit note will be provided in case of a product defect upon delivery.
Defective Products: In the event of a defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package, please share the product opening video to vrinya.com@gmail.com along with Order ID. We will initiate the processing of a credit note within 48 hours. The credit note is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Return Policy:
If you believe you have received a product in poor condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Additionally, contact our customer care at 09663693727 or email us at vrinya.com@gmail.com, providing your Order ID. We assure you a prompt replacement of the same value with no additional cost.
