SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA
VRINYA is pleased to offer shipping services to all pin codes across India. We have established partnerships with top-notch logistics services to ensure the professional handling and timely delivery of your products.

ORDER DISPATCH
Orders placed with VRINYA are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will promptly inform you and provide details regarding the possible duration of the delay.

ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-8 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues may cause delays in the delivery of your order. 

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charge of ₹70 is applicable per kg within Bangalore, Karnataka.
Shipping charge of ₹90 is applicable per kg within Karnataka outside Bangalore.
Shipping charge of ₹120 to ₹160 is applicable per kg outside Karnataka within India.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to:

• Failed delivery attempts,
• Refusal to accept delivery,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
