Online Account
As a registered user, you are required to log in to www.sridasilks.com using your email ID and a password of your choice. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. Any orders placed from your login ID will be considered as orders placed by you and will be fulfilled accordingly.

Terms of Operations
www.sridasilks.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel any services at any time without prior notice. However, all outstanding orders will be fulfilled or fully refunded. www.vrinya.com reserves the right to refuse services to anyone without providing reasons for the decision. www.vrinya.com will not be held responsible for any damage caused to users by the use of its website.

Warranty and Liability
www.vrinya.com is not responsible for any damage arising from the use of products shipped to members or purchased through www.vrinya.com. Damaged Products
Our team conducts rigorous quality checks before shipping products to customers. However, damages incurred in transit after shipping are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on our stocks. Please email us at vrinya.com@gmail.com to report the damage, including a picture, within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will not entertain information about damage reported after 48 hours.

Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners attempt delivery three times. Orders not collected will be returned to us. We can re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹250. Cash-on-Delivery orders returned to us will be re-shipped only after online payment is made, along with additional shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
